Last March, I posted the first podcast of "The Art of Medicine with Dr. Andrew Wilner." Episodes appear every other Sunday. These are now available on the most popular podcast players, such as Apple, Google, Spotify, Stitcher, Pandora, and others (see image below). A total of 12 episodes have been published so far, with more to come (see list below).
This program grew out of my interest in locum tenens, and several episodes provide practical information on locums. These complement the information in my book, "The Locum Life: A Physician's Guide to Locum Tenens."
The scope has now expanded to include topics associated with "the arts, business, and clinical aspects of the practice of medicine." Each program consists of an interview, usually about 20 minutes long, with a fascinating guest. The website "Feedspot" has included "The Art of Medicine with Dr. Andrew Wilner" among the "top 20 physician podcasts."
A list of guests who have appeared (and who will appear on future episodes) appears below. Without exception, these interviews have been interesting, educational, sometimes inspirational, and fun. My thanks to everyone who has taken the time to appear on the show!
The plan is to continue to post episodes every two weeks. I've converted my home office into a mini-podcast studio. I hope you find the podcasts to be of professional quality. (If not, please let me know!)
