Received the edited proofs from the publisher last night! Started at 6:30 am today and went through all the corrections I had submitted. Everything fixed but one word that ended up with an unintended capital letter. I spoke to my representative at the publisher (Lulu.com) this morning about the single error, and she said they would be happy to fix it without charge. I'm powering through the manuscript yet one more time to see whether there are any remaining necessary fixes. I hope not.
